Bharat Mani Regmi publicly known as Bharat Regmi is an awarded Film and Television Editor and has been working in the media and film industry since 2003. He has expertise not only in film editing but also in Color Grading and VFX. He has also made short films, ad films and documentaries.

His dedication to storytelling, entertainment and media has made him a respected storyteller in both Nepal and beyond. He is the most noted for his contribution to the awarded movie Kollywood and documentary Sunakali. Sunakali documentary own 16 awards in international film festivals. And he is also known for music video Ma hu Prakriti by rock band The Shadows, which started his art debut after making notable music videos. Similarly, the video Banma Fulyo Phool has also taken good response and these two videos turned his career upward. Over the course of time, he has also worked with Bollywood singers Lata Mangeshkar and Nepali popular singer Ramkrishna Dhakal‘s duet music video Bachunjeli Lai and Asha Bhosle for a music video Guras Fulyo which were very popular. His debut film is Jaljala, and is also well known for movie Kollywood and Ritu as well as Katha Kathmandu. He had also worked in Nepal’s leading media Kantipur Television for 13 years, then from 2018 he started his own production company Chitrakala Productions Pvt. Ltd.. Chitrakala is a production company specialization in films, documentaries, commercial ad films, short films and music videos.

His first directional short film ‘‘Affects’ violence Against Women’ won an award at the Chico Independent Film Festival, 2013 in Chico, California, USA. His documentary film ‘Green Bangles’ was screened at the Euro Cine Expo 2023 in Munich, Germany. He attended the BFI London Film Festival 2023 in London as an industry delegate. He has also served as the jury member for awards ceremonies and festivals, such as HPA Awards 2023 Hollywood, USA, Nepal Rural Film Festivals (NERUFF) 2023.
